Calvary Church is a nondenominational church in Lancaster, PA, serving a community of people pursuing Life in Christ. Calvary Church and church leaders encourage its congregation and community to live, love, and grow in God personally and grow in him collectively.

Executive Summary

To see their mission through, the entire team at Calvary realized they needed some support when it came to their phone systems for churches and ministries. To serve their people, the church leaders knew they needed to connect with them first – and they also knew their church phone system was not as effective as they needed. They needed a church phone system that met their communication needs and would integrate directly with their church management system, Church Community Builder.

Intulse listened to their problems and offered practical solutions specific to their goals and needs. Ultimately, Intulse provided Calvary with VoIP phone solutions, integrations, and church management software connected directly with Church Community Builder (CCB)

The Church’s Phone System Challenges

When Calvary first reached out to Intulse, they faced some challenges with communication and an outdated phone system but weren’t sure what technology solutions were available.

They needed a reliable unified communications platform to deliver the right information, have flexible options, expand their reach, unite their congregation, and build stronger relations with people in their community.

The Church Communication Solution Offered by Intulse

The leadership team at Calvary Church heard about Intulse through the local community and knew they needed a partner with experience managing VoIP phone solutions for Church Ministries. Intulse’s direct integrations with CCB were also ideal for Calvary, as they didn’t want to completely switch software to relearn an entirely new suite of internal tools. In addition, the ability to sit down with a local company and have them listen to the team’s desired features, current problems, and have answers to their questions was a welcomed opportunity.

Intulse provided Calvary with a feature-rich VoIP phone system that kept all of the tools and resources they needed and added new convenient features and custom solutions they weren’t already utilizing. The church management software integration included an easy-to-use software dashboard, CHMS integration with CBB time-based routing, and a virtual receptionist.

The Results

Calvary was highly pleased with Intulse’s excellent level of commitment to customer service, cost-saving benefit, and church community builder integrations. Calvary also utilized the team at Intulse and their 100% US-based support after the initial services and setup, relying on their friendly experts to answer any follow-up questions they had.

“We have enjoyed working with Intulse for our phone needs. They have been responsive to customize a solution to meet our needs with a CCB integration, solve our paging requirements, and providing multiple ways to use our phones with handsets, mobile, and computer app. I would highly recommend churches use Intulse for their phone system.” shared Scott Wilson, IT Systems Administrator at Calvary Church.
