Leadership Teams and Service Production: Becoming Two Sides of the Same Coin

by | AVL Projects, CFX Online, Leadership, Production

The silos in churches between upper management and the service programming teams (production, music, etc.) can often create either havoc or growth for a church. When the senior leaders don’t engage with this team, it’s painful and if they over control, it’s equally painful. We have to find a leadership balance and work together to create incredible experiences. Join Tyler Reagin as he discusses how to do this well.

This training is shared as content from our CFX 2020 Virtual Event. You can experience the same quality of content as this at CFX 2021.

Meet Tyler Reagin:

Tyler Reagin is the founder and CEO of The Life Giving Company. He is the author of The Life-Giving Leader (Oct 2018) and Leading Things You Didn’t Start (March 2021).

He was the President of Catalyst, a leadership development organization that exists to unify and equip leaders who love the Church through resources and experiential events.

Prior to leading the charge at Catalyst, Tyler served for seven years under the leadership of Andy Stanley as the Service Programming Director of Browns Bridge Community Church (a campus of North Point Ministries).

He received his Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and serves as a leadership coach for teams and organizations.
