Powersoft Launches New Free Certified Training Courses

by | Case Studies, News

Powersoft has launched a new training program on its website that provides two free training sections for users, including webinars, where all Powersoft’s recent webinars are uploaded, and e-learning, where live sound and install courses are available online now for anyone who wishes to take them. In addition, an OEM course will be released in the coming weeks.

The e-learning platform is designed to be a one-stop destination for online training. The courses are designed to provide sound engineers, integrators, and AV technicians the opportunity to learn directly from Powersoft staff members and gain certification upon completion. They cover three main areas of the audio market: live sound, install and OEM technologies, and are split into basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.

In the live sound and Install courses, users will be taught how to utilize Powersoft products to deliver the optimum results for audiences. In addition to providing a concrete overview of ArmoníaPlus, the courses provide an in-depth overview of how to build effective sound systems that can be tailored to the specific needs of the installer.

The OEM course, aimed at manufacturers and OEM partners, is designed to enable trainees to gain a deeper understanding of Powersoft’s core technologies and learn how to implement them in order to upgrade their products using the company’s ecosystem of OEM options. Once a course is complete, trainees will receive a certificate of completion.

“These free courses, in addition to our webinars, have been designed to give users across the audio industry a chance to build upon their knowledge and gain new skills when installing audio systems and utilising Powersoft products,” says Marc Kocks, Powersoft application engineering consultant manager. “It’s our hope that, with the launch of this Education Programme, we will be able to continue to support the audio industry’s development.”

Powersoft is also hosting a number of webinars in the coming weeks that will be uploaded to the training portal after the event. The schedule includes:

— Tuesday, May 25, 6 am/2 pm/8 pm CET: Remote Monitoring and Control Using ArmoníaPlus and Third Party Plugins. Register here.
