by | Audio, News

Bose Professional Church Giveaway, which began on August 10 and is running for 12 weeks, provides church leaders the opportunity to enter to win a weekly prize — a choice between a Bose S1 Pro multi-position portable PA or a pair of the new 700 UC noise cancelling headphones.

To enter for a chance to win, entrants must be in a worship leadership role — such as pastor, worship leader, or church tech director — and respond to a weekly post in the Bose Professional promotion through their Facebook account. Responses need to include the tag #BoseChurchGiveaway. Additional information and full official rules are available on the Bose Church Giveaway webpage.

“Bose is passionate about building incredible audio experiences and they understand the unifying power of sound and its role in the church,” states Don Allensworth, founder and president of The NewGround Group. “Their knowledge and expertise provide church leaders access to easy-to-use design tools, an outstanding line of pro audio loudspeakers, and a quality support team to ensure your success. Their commitment to quality sound truly supports your vision from the parking lot to pew.”

With its built-in mixer, two combo XLR/1/4-inch inputs and multiple-position auto EQ, the S1 Pro provides pportable, battery-powered amplification for both music and the spoken word. The NCH 700 UC is an adaptive 8-microphone system designed to be worn comfortably work, with 11 levels of noise cancellation help intended to help users carve out more productive concentration times.

The foundation of the Bose Church initiative is based on the sharing of educational information and expertise through the recently launched Bose Church Podcast. Additional resources will be made available such as informative how-to and reference articles intended to help guide church leaders on topics such as how to assess their audio needs.
