Chik-fil-A to Host Special Session on Facility Stewardship at CFX 2024

by | CFX, CFX Community, Church Facilities Expo, Facilities, Operations, Training & Events

The management team of Chik-fil-A, including VP of Restaurant Development David Millican, Services, Director of Facilities Management Jessica Hart, and Ruth Fowler, founder of Creative Director of Sense Makery, will be presenting a special general session at CFX 2024 in Chattanooga, TN.

The session, “Lessons for Any Season – Principles for Building a Facilities Management Program that Supports the Goals of Your Church” is open to all attendees, and will take place from 10-11 AM on the final day of the expo, October 23.

The team, who has worked together for the past 15+ years to lead and support the growth and development of Facilities Management at Chick-fil-A through multiple seasons of growth, will discuss how their FM structure works, the victories they’ve found in developing that structure, and the challenges they’re currently working through.

They’ll then teach you how to plan for any season your church may enter by following some important principles to implement in your FM program at your church.
